GReminders is scheduling, SMS and email reminders, and an AI notetaker sold as one thing, pitched at financial advisors, accountants, attorneys and therapists — professions where a no-show costs a billable hour and the compliance file matters. The notetaker joins Zoom, Teams or Webex, or records an in-person meeting through the phone app, then writes the summary, action items and transcript back into the CRM. Ahead of a meeting it produces a brief covering everything that has happened with that client since you last spoke, so the prep is not a scroll through old email.
